gewnkirish.com is unable to issue exchanges over mail.
Returns Policy
A Return Authorization is required to make a return for a refund or store credit. Customers have within 30 days of purchase to request a Return Authorization.Except for a defective product, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. A returned defective product will be replaced with the similar product Please contact customerservice@gewnkirish.com for further instructions along with the reason for return.

Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Your refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction. Please note that refunds will take up to 10 business days of the reception of the return to process. 
Other Returns
We cannot accept returns from retail stores.
